Upscience welcomed 20 customers on September 19 in Modena (Italy). This event was the opportunity to introduce our brand and to highlight the analytical expertise of the laboratory through several presentations:
- Food and feed sanitary issues and regulations: main regulations, compliance of auto controls
- Quality management: presentation of national and international accreditations, and discussion on quality control implementation
- POPs (dioxins, PCB and pesticides) testing expertise and Upscience solutions.
The whole team of Upsicence was present. This was a great an opportunity for the participants to meet and discuss with the technical, quality, and sales managers.
This event ended with a presentation and a visit of the laboratory located in Modena. These presentations were very appreciated by the attendees.
Today, the Upscience laboratory in Italy is highly recognized for its expertise in pesticides and dioxins analyses in the food and feed sector for 40 years. Located in Modena, in the region of Emilia Romagna, the laboratory accompanies a large number of food (pasta, meat products, charcuterie, wine, vinegar, flavor agents, …) and feed manufacturers (raw material, premix, finished products) in their control plan.
Upscience offers a multi-residue analysis using the Quetchers method coupled with GC-MS / MS and HPLC – MS / MS (UNI EN 15662 2009 standard). The flexible scope of the analysis allows you to guarantee complete traceability of the entire service. Our pesticide service is scalable: our R&D team can develop new analysis methods for new molecules on-demand.
